Shop Policies
* All instruments must be brought in either a case or gig bag. We are not responsible for incidental cosmetic damage that occurs to instruments brought in without a case.
* Instruments not picked up within 14 days after notification of the completion of repairs will be subject to a storage fee of $1/day.

* Instruments not picked up within 90 days after notification of the completion of repairs will be considered abandoned and sold to cover the cost of the repairs.
* A deposit for the full cost of any replacement parts that need to be ordered is required.
* Instruments may be brought in for complimentary follow-up adjustments within 60 days of any basic setup, deluxe setup, or refret.
